Playbook AI is a Software as a Service (SaaS) start-up with offices in Bangalore and Kolkata. Our product helps inside sales organizations, predominantly in the Services industry e.g. Computer Software, Information Technology, Recruitment industries acquire more customers and grow revenue.
We are a NASSCOM 10K Startup and have customers across India and the USA.
Our training and coaching programs for Associate-level roles are one of the most advanced in India and by joining us you will acquire the skills needed to build a very successful career in India’s US$ 50Bn SaaS industry*.

Based on how well you answer the questions, compared to the other applicants, and our own selection criteria, we shall invite you to participate in the interview.
Whether you are selected or not, you will be informed within 2-3 weeks of submission of your application.
The interview shall be of three rounds and it will be conducted entirely online.
Round 1: The first round would include a 90-minute online test which would assess your aptitude, communication skills, and role-specific skills required to execute the day-to-day tasks.
Round 2: The second round is what we internally call “A Day in the Life…”.
Depending on the role you are applying for, we would require you to spend 5-6 hours of your time on a day or two of your choosing to carry out the duties you would be required to do if you are selected.
This round is as helpful to us in assessing how good a fit you are going to be in the role as it is to you in understanding how your work life is going to be once you join us.
Round 3: A select few candidates who do exceedingly well in the “A Day in the Life..” round i.e. the second round, are invited to a virtual face-to-face interview in which the top management and the candidates get a chance to know each other better.
In this round, we will ask you a lot of questions and we encourage you to ask us questions about your role, growth opportunities, future of our company, and anything else you may want to know about us.
While you may one day be required to come to an office, for the foreseeable future, Playbook AI is going to have a remote-only operation.

Growth at work and financial success makes us feel valued however, it can not make us truly happy; for which an individual must tend to their health- mental and physical, pursue their hobbies, contribute to society and spend time with their loved ones.
Therefore we do not expect our employees to work longer than the stipulated working hours. In fact, we encourage our employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance and we also take various initiatives throughout the year to ensure everyone is mentally and physically fit.
Since for the foreseeable future, Playbook AI will operate remotely we are planning to roll out a company retreat program where we take everyone to a holiday destination.
